Spam or Missing Email Workaround

Symptom: Emails, such as prospect emails, are either not received by the recipient or are sent directly to spam.

Problem: The email used in the school setup area of ATLAS is marked as spam or the email server is blacklisted. This email is used as the ALIAS for outbound email from your school and if your email providers IP address is marked as spam or the email server is blacklisted then the emails will either not send or be sent directly to spam.
