That's the full flow

1. Pick Buyer Completes Payment Information.
2. Review and Sign → Finish Agreement to save the draft.
3. Find it in the Agreement Draft List as Prepared.
4. Send it two ways: copy the link or email the template.
5. Status flips to Completed once the buyer signs.
