Issue #1 – Change Agreement not always working.
There have been sporadic times when selecting ‘Change Agreement’ from a a Buyer in Agreement/Buyers module will not work.
Issue #2 – Using the workaround to get the ‘Change Agreement’ (Right Click -> Select ‘Inspect’ -> Right click on ‘Reload button’ -> Select ‘Empty Cache/Hard Reload’ will cause the refresh) will cause other parts of the application to not function. Steps to recreate:
1) Do the hard reload/clear cache
2) Select buyer and then click ‘Change Agreement’
– In some cases that agreement comes up with the wrong screen. (See attached)
3) If you click on a program they will not work

This seems very strange.
I’m going to have one of our Tier 3 folks give you a call, and see if we can figure out what’s happening.
