Introduction

Version 12.2.29.3 delivers multiple enhancements to automation accuracy, lead and agreement management, and user interface performance.
This release focuses on improving the consistency, usability, and reliability of ATLAS, Titan, and Money Magnet systems.

New Features & Enhancements

Attendance Summary – Style Filter

A new Style filter has been added to the Attendance Summary Report, allowing schools to analyze attendance by specific programs or disciplines.
This makes it easier to identify participation trends, plan schedules, and allocate instructors effectively.

Money Magnet Enhancements

Money Magnet has received multiple updates to expand its functionality and security:

• Anti-Spam Measures: Implemented HoneyPot validation and made CVC codes mandatory to prevent fraudulent submissions.

• Money Magnet in Collection Type: Added Money Magnet as a valid option in Collection Type for better filtering and reporting.

Automation: “New Trial Appointment Created”

Fixed automation behavior to ensure “New Trial Appointment Created” triggers only for Trial-type appointments and Prospect records.
Prevents onboarding emails from being incorrectly sent to active members or unrelated appointment types
Automation can now select different type of appointment types to trigger for different events

Performance & GUI Updates

This release includes several backend and interface optimizations designed to improve speed, consistency, and usability across ATLAS and Titan:

Performance Improvements

• Optimized filter queries in Appointments and Tasks widgets, reducing response times from 20+ seconds to under 5 seconds.

• Backend optimizations enhance overall dashboard responsiveness.

Calendar & Agreement Fixes

• Agenda View: Fixed Showed/Not Showed filters and grid alignment issues.

• Agreement Grid Filters: Missing staff now appear properly under Enrolled By and Added By; the clear (“X”) button resets filters correctly.

• Referred By Field: Fixed issue where the “Referred By” value wasn’t saving on agreement creation.

Navigation & Interface Enhancements

• Restored “Back to Profile” button in the Full Timeline view.

• Improved Texting Setup GUI, with clear toggle buttons and consistent layout when suspended.

• Fixed Texting modal load failure under Setup → Texting.

• Updated button text, rounded corners, and UI spacing for a cleaner interface.

• Email Wildcards: Corrected an issue where placeholders
