ATLAS Feature Release Note: Send Agreements for Buyer Completion

Feature Overview

We are excited to roll out a major update to the ATLAS platform that fundamentally changes how your team handles contract fulfillment. With our new feature, you can now send agreements to be completed by buyers directly.

Instead of requiring your agents to manually collect sensitive personal details or process payment card numbers over the phone, ATLAS allows you to hand that process entirely over to the client via a secure, encrypted link. The buyer verifies their own information, inputs their payment method securely, and applies their digital signature, shifting the data entry and compliance burden away from your team.

Key Benefits

  • PCI Compliance & Data Security: Minimizes security risks because internal personnel never handle, view, or store raw credit card numbers over the phone.

  • Real-Time Data Preservation: The application automatically saves draft changes instantly as you configure the agreement, eliminating data loss.

  • Flexible Dispatch Methods: Gives your team the freedom to text a direct secure link to the buyer or deploy an automated, template-based email.

  • Dynamic Pipeline Updates: Seamlessly tracks the client’s progress, automatically changing the document status the moment the buyer signs.

Step-by-Step Workflow

As mapped out in the application guide ATLAS Walkthrough v5.html, the workflow runs from initial setup to final buyer sign-off:

1. Set the Payment Method to Buyer Self-Service

When initiating a new agreement contract, navigate to the field titled What type of payment? From the dropdown menu, select Buyer Completes Payment Information. This specifies that the system should generate a secure page for the client to input their own financial records.

2. Auto-Save and Advance to Review

ATLAS will instantly register the payment type change and auto-save the document draft. Once saved, proceed by clicking the Review and Sign button.

3. Verify Terms and Finalize Draft

Skim through the populated contract terms to ensure structural accuracy, then click Finish Agreement. This locks in your configurations and places the file into your active pipeline.

4. Locate in the Management Dashboard

Once finalized, your document instantly transfers to the Agreement Draft List. Because it is ready to be sent for buyer completion, its system status will be marked as Prepared.

Shared Handoff Options

Coordinators can distribute the secure contract page to the buyer using one of two methods based on the customer’s preferred communication channel:
