ParticipantI can not see what automated marketing campaign emails, appointment reminders, general emails etc. are sent out to who. The comm hub is no longer showing that anymore.
Thank you.

ParticipantI apologize for the confusion.
If you go to Atlas Labs > Message Center > Sent you’ll find a list of sent messages.
This item is located under Atlas Labs only temporarily.
If you need anything else please feel free to reach out.

ParticipantI see the emails and texts I send out there but I don’t see any of the automated appointment reminders going out nor do I see any of the automated marketing campaign emails going out. How do I see that?

ParticipantI’m going to look into this for you as the list should have those pieces of communication in there as well. Please be aware that i am going to make an ATLAS, TEST person in your school to test the automation emails.
I’ll update you when I get the results.
Thank you for your patience in this matter.

ParticipantHi Jose,
Just a follow up on this, I checked Atlas today to see if the two appointment reminders went out to my prospect for her Saturday appointment. I do not see any being sent to her. I had it set to send one appointment reminder at 11 am the day before and one appointment reminder at 9am the day of. I don’t see either one being sent to her. I looked in the old comm hub, the new message center under Atlas labs “sent” and in her timeline.
Thank you for your help.

ParticipantOk, I did some research and it turns out that email in question is not valid.
That is why the automations were not sent.
There are a couple of sites to check if an email is valid or not:

ParticipantOn the same topic, since we have been so slow and haven’t really had any new leads, would that also be the reason that I don’t see any of my automated marketing campaign emails going out to current prospects?

ParticipantOk, there are a few bad emails in there under prospects.
However, the latest one looks to have received the automated emails.
I checked the profile timeline and the Comm Hub sent to verify.
There does seem to be a problem with the Message Center Sent page that I am looking into now.
If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to reach out again.

KeymasterThis is all now visible in the “Sent” List, and in the Person Profile “Timeline”.

These new additions should solve this in several ways.More to come!
