It would be nice to add an event without having to send out emails right away. Example: I do quarterly testings. Since I do not know who will be ready to test each quarter, I cannot send out emails right away. Some may not be ready and others may not seem ready at the time that I post it, but may be ready as the date grows closer. I would like to be able to put the event up on the calendar and submit emails at a later time.
There may be a way you can accomplish what you’re trying to do.
If you take a look at the “Legacy” “Comm Hub” (an older feature from the previous version of the application….still available. Under the “Advanced” tab…if you don’t have that turned on in your system, give the team here at the office a buzz, and they can hook you up.)
In the Comm Hub, you can create “custom rules” that can trigger events based on your criteria. Take a look….might work for you.
In addition, we’re working on a “Tag Based” Action feature that’ll allow you to set up sequences based on your own custom triggers.
