Ability to stay in same page of Student section

Steps to recreate:

1. Click ‘Students’ on left hand menu
2. When page opens click on the arrow button to advance to the next page.
3. Select a student and click ‘Action’ button and then perform an action of any sort such as add a program, style, ect.
4. Click ‘Yes’ button on the confirmation screen

Results:  When the page refreshes you are automatically sent back to the first page of the Student section.

Expected Results:  The page that I am on should remain the same.  Even if I open the student record and make all necessary changes there and then click ‘Profile’ link at the top, I am sent to the beginning of the Student section.  If I am making changes to several records on the same page this is very tasking to have to continue to click on the page I need to get the records I want.

Thanks for the clear outline of what you’re seeing! It helps us a LOT.

You bet….You’re observation is RIGHT in line with where we are going.

We’re about 90% done developing a new “People” list (Similar to the Student List), and we’re adjusting this behavior.

If you look at the “Add Attendance” option in the Action Menu…that’s the behavior I think you’re expecting…and that’s what we’ll be implementing in the rest of the options as well.

Seems like we’re on the same page!

Yes, that is the type of behavior I am expecting when selecting the ‘Add Attendance’.  It should also happen if I click to open up a record and click the ‘Profile’ link at the top.  As for listing out the steps, I work as a Quality Assurance Analyst for software, so it 2nd nature to list out steps. 🙂

Yes, we’re actually in QA on the ‘new’ People list starting today….and this is the behavior we all want too….I’ll keep you in the loop on the roll out.
