Ability To Use UBill With Customer's Card On File

Would be useful if we could easily charge something to customer’s “on file” credit card using UBill without having to first add an item.  For example, I made an error when signing up a trial student and didn’t notice that “in school” was the default for the collection of the enrollment fee (downpayment).  I had to use the pro shop feature to charge the customer’s card after they left but before I could do that, I had to add “enrollment fee” as a pro shop item.

In this case you are correct, Proshop is the best place to accomplish charging a one off purchase.

The ability to do this straight from UBill is in the development pipeline and I will have a team member reach out to when the feature is added to ATLAS.
