Action box suggestion

It would be very helpful if all the action boxes had all the same options available, whether in Profile view or in the list of prospects or students/buyers. Right now, if I want to send an e-request about someone, I have to go to that particular person’s profile to have that option in the action box dropdown. If I want to recycle a person or create/upgrade an agreement, I have to go to Students or Prospects first, then use that action box, and not the one in the person’s profile. Very inconvenient. Caused me to utter some choice words at busy times already.

Thanks for the feedback. (The detail here REALLY helps us understand what you’re seeing).

FIRST: We’re already working on adding more of the functions to the “Action” menu. Your observation is something we’ve been talking about, and have already been working on…so You’re right on the money…..STAY TUNED!!

SECOND: I may be a little confused on this one.

 If I want to recycle a person or create/upgrade an agreement, I have to go to Students or Prospects first, then use that action box, and not the one in the person’s profile.

You may have not noticed that you actually can upgrade, recycle (etc) an agreement from the Profile. Although you do have to scroll down the page to get to the “Agreement” section of the Profile.

Hi Jeremiah,

We are looking into adding the eRequest for the Students and Buyers lists.  Having all the Action buttons have the same functionality would be difficult because different types of people have different functions.    Did you know that on the top of each profile is a link to the different types of profiles?  For example if you have a person who is a buyer and a student you can switch back and forth between the buyer profile and the student profile to get quick access to these functions.  We are working on making any functions that are shared among all types of folks show up on all of the relevant action buttons.

I have noticed that the back to school and school fundraiser promotional items are put out a month too late for us. Our schools start in Mid August. Is there anyway to change that so we can get them out sooner to possible prospects?

 

Also  I started an afterschool program and have had no luck getting people in since the schools offer one too and we are in a small  town of 6000 population.  I have been looking into Melody Shuman’s Skillz connection program which offers curriculums that are age specific for each ages developing minds (3-4 yr, 5-6 yrs, 7-9 yrs and 10-14 yrs)

 

Would you be interested and willing to check her info out and offer programs like this for Atlas subscribers and Ams Billing users?  It is shown to be a huge turn key program.

I teach traditional martial arts and tend to lose many kids because of this approach.  Any help could work.
