I’ll try my best to explain myself…

I would like the actions for a particular field to be the same in every page. For example: If I want to extend an agreement I should be able to find the person look under his profile page for the agreement portion and the choose what action to take on that persons agreement. But I can’t, I have to remember that to extend is not an option available in that action menu. If I want to extend an agreement I will have to go to agreements, find the person and from there take the action. Can’t both action buttons say the same thing? They are both under agreements just in different pages.

We’re continuing to unify the action menu. There are a couple “back end” constraints when it comes to agreements specifically.

If a student has more than one agreement, or is in more than 1 program, etc…things start to get hinky pretty quickly.

However, our intent is to have a more and more unified set of actions (everywhere) as we continue to move forward. You’re totally on the same page.

If you could, I’d love to hear of “other” actions that you might consider useful (excluding “agreement” related actions) for fodder as we continue to ‘tweak’.

We’ve added a common set of actions to “all” the action menus, and some added features where it makes sense.

Let me know if you see other areas/menus that you see that could use some love.
