All columns do not show on print and too much shows in fields on export

Hello,

When I try to print my student list and I select the columns I want which is usually about 6 or 7 they get cut off and don’t print.

As a fix…When I tried to export instead to get all the column information I want to see, too much meaning too many words show up in fields.  For example in the rank column it shows the rank twice in addition to ” click to show all” and “click to hide all”.  In the age column it shows the number followed by “years old” which just takes up too much space in the column.  The age used to just show up as the numerical value.

We have a new update that will remove the ‘extra’ information in the columns that you’re seeing (ie. “Show All” “Hide All” etc…).

That update is in QA testing as we speak, and I’m hoping will roll out in a couple weeks or so.

So far as “printing” the grid, depending on your printer and web font settings (etc) can be unpredictable. I was able to print 10 columns successfully, but I had to “Scale” down the print to fit the page.

Try to adjust your printer set up “Scale” when you print the grid like this:
