  One feature that would be really helpful is a section where we can see all the notes of the prospects and students. Sometime all I need is a quick glance to find a little detail I need and I have to go one by one which is tedious.

  This is interesting.
  
  We have a feature on our roadmap for an “Activity” widget, that would show you a general summary of all the activity in the application. This might get you what you’re looking for…but to be clear, are you thinking a place to view notes from ‘all’ your students in one place, or all the notes for ‘1’ student in one place???

  The new “Notes” enhancement is live!
  
  If you go to a Student record, and go to the ‘notes’ section (top right side of the profile page), click the ‘Group Action” menu, and you’ll see “View All Notes” as a new option!
  
  Here you’ll see a list of all their notes, with an excerpt.
  
  If it’s a LOOOOONG note, you can expand the excerpt and see it all!
  
  Let me know what you think….I’m pretty sure this solves it.
