Hello,
I had an IOS update on my Ipad that we use for the attendance check-in and now the username and password for Atlas are not automatically signing me in to the check in when I refresh the screen. How can I fix this?

What version of iPad and iOS are you using?
Hmm, not sure but we got it about 1 year ago.
On the back of the iPad there is a model number, for example: A12345.
Can you send me the model? Also, if you go to Settings, General, About > What does it say under Version?
Looks like A1822.
Were you able to get the iOS version number?

Ok, that looks like the latest version.
I’m in the process of updating our in-house iPad to 11.3.1.
I’ll run a test on that see if I can replicate this or find a solution for you.
Does this occur when you get “timed out” of the check-in? or when you click check-in from Atlas and it opens the new tab?
I have out in-house iPad updated to 11.3.1 and I am not having the same difficulty.
