      Hi,

      My computer isnt recognizing the card swiper suggested by ATLAS https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KHBUPVU/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_hJBUzbW5RCKFF</span>

      It worked a few times, but has since stopped working. I plug it in (shows up as GD32 USB Keyboard in FS Mode) in the devices panel but the green light only stays lit for about 1 second. I then removed the device and tried again, but it still will not recognize. I get the prompt that the drivers were successfully installed, but the light will not come on.  I tried plugging it into another computer, and had no issues.

       

      Can anyone help out?

      now it appears to be working without hte light on, but only intermittently

      Sorry for you inconvenience. Lets try to get this solved for you.

      In what are of the app are you finding this behavior? Proshop or Agreements?

      Also, what version of windows (or are you using Mac)?

      Windows 10. In the agreements section.
