  When I’m filling in fields for a new prospect, more than half the time I do not yet have information on children. It would save time and scrolling if we could just click a + button to expand into fields for adding child info ONLY when we need to, and have the fields collapsed to save space on the screen otherwise. There’s a lot of scrolling I have to do already, which the old system did not require, and I’d like to save tedious effort where I can.

  We have plans to tweak that form in a good few ways…..including some intelligent field “hiding” etc…..as you’ve described.
