Clone/Duplicate/Copy

Can the ability to Clone/Duplicate/Copy and Prospects information be added as an option when there are 2 or more Prospects of the same family or reside at the same address.

Mike,

When you’re completing an agreement, you can use the button that says “Use Existing Buyer” (or student, or prospect)….but I’m guessing that might not be precisely what you mean here.

Are you describing using the ‘same’ address (etc) for multiple family members on the same agreement?

If so…..there is a button by the “address” field that you can click that will populate the Buyers’ address info into any number of students.

Does this solve what you’re describing??

This is for the instances where you have another family member enroll after an agreement has already been created for the primary family member or where you have two or more people residing in the same household but want to have separate accounts and agreements.

The ability to create a copy eliminates having to re-enter the same address, phone, buyer info, etc. as applicable.

I think I’m following…wouldn’t the “Use Existing Buyer” or “Use Existing Student” accomplish this?
