Comm Hub – Send Now – Saved Messages

In the Comm Hub – Send Now, the window to copy a previously saved message, is extremely hard to use.

1. the window has no resizing capability (minimize/maximize)

2. 2 scroll bars which do not work together. IE the “messages” scroll bar only is able to scroll down so far and then trying to use the outer scroll bar causes you to lose your place in the message window.

3. No “Search” feature to help find saved messages

4. The body of the saved messages are also included which only allows you to only see one message at a time.

Solutions:

1. Titles only

2. A single scroll bar only

3. Minimize/Maximize functionality (this seems like it should be the easiest & quickest solution)

4. Have the ability to utilize the messages from the “Saved messages” tab

One additional interesting note, if you click on the “message” window scroll bar and drag down, the window will still scroll while you’re outside the window until you reach the bottom of your computer screen!

I see what you are saying. I think you have some great suggestions to alleviate the issue.
