In my dashboard I show a couple of agreements as expired. However, if you look at the Buyer/Agreement section their records are flagged as renewed (as they should be). If an agreement has been renewed, it should not show up on the dashboard as a flagged expired agreement.
Records you can see this on: Angela Baldinger, Sushil Gupta
Sir,
I think there may be a slight confusion of how renew works. When you renew an agreement it keeps the existing agreement and creates a new one. IE: Johnny is on a current agreement that expires in a week. If the parents of Johnny come in and do not want to wait until the agreement is expired, then you do a Renew. This allows the current agreement to stay active until the new agreement kicks in, in this case, a week later.
If you have any further questions please feel free to ask.
Have a great Wednesday afternoon.
Sincerely,
Jose Rodriguez
I would understand if the current agreement is still in effect, however, the agreements in question are already expired. So in essence the renew has kicked in and the old agreement has been done and over with.
