iEnroll appt not showing on dashboard calendar

  Hello,
  
  We received an appt through the ienroll. It shows on calendar when I open it up but it is not showing on the “My Day” appointments on the dashboard, even after I adjust date fields to show the months appointments. Hmm? Am I doing something wrong?

  Try going to the Group Actions in the My Day gadget and click on View All Appointments.

  The first time I did it, it didn’t work. I refreshed screen and tried it again and it did. Thanks.
  
  Relating to prospects, I checked the timeline of one of the appointments I have for tomorrow and the timeline isn’t showing the reminder being sent out. I have it set to go out at 11am the day before and 9am the day of. I took a screen shot of the timeline to show you. It has tomorrows date on an entry but it’s still not the reminder.
