      Hello,

      I just went into the Atlas labs section / message center to see what messages have been sent out by Atlas.  If you look under 6/18/18 it sent an appointment confirmation out to a long list of prospects that don’t even have an appointment.  This is concerning. Ugh.

      What do I do?

      I see what you are saying.

      I have escalated this to the development team to look into what has happened.

      I’ll let you know as soon as I get any information.

      I have some great news.

      Only the person intended to receive the appointment reminder actually received the email.

      It only appeared as if it was sent to a number of people, but it actually wasn’t.

      The visual problem has been fixed and again, I apologize for the confusion.
