Prospects and former Students can be placed into a category “Nurture”. After actively pursuing a prospect for a reasonable time, or upon withdrawal as a student, designate that student as “Nurture”. They will then receive special emails and news releases.
I see what you are saying here.
I do have one possible solution. You have the ability to create custom tags and then apply that tag to any number of people in your people list. Therefore, you could make a Nurture tag and apply it to the group of prospects and students you are referring to. Then filter by who has that tag. You can even save the View, ex: Nurture View, and then reference the view with a single click. Then you’ll be able to select all the people with the Nurture tag and send them a text or email.
