We always try to get the Parents to feel like they are part of our martial arts family. EVERYONE has a birthday! Is there a way to add the following fields…

1) This student is a child

2) When the above is selected, the fields for mother and father appear. First Name, Last Name, Best contact number (possible a drop down menu for mobil, home, work) and Birthday Day / Month (we don’t ask for the year).

This way, we can include the parents in our retention.

It is also important to us that the parent info be on the front page of the student info. This way, if we have a student “check-in”, and the attendance taker signals their membership is coming up – – even if we have a part-time worker at the front desk, they can talk to the parents by name.
