Personalized "Form" Letters

  When we receive a lead, we send a “personalized” letter (i.e. Dear Robin, we are glad…). Each letter is Program Specific – and we use a Word Document to import their names throughout the letter. Would this be possible to do from the Prospect Email Area? Currently, we can send a ‘template’, but if we could Upload a letter for each program (or a generic letter if they are interested in multiple programs), then have the form filled out either automatically, or manually – this would definately be a great feature!

  I totally agree….in fact we’re working on a way to do all this AUTOMATICALLY. (Including SENDING the mail….heh…)
  
  This will not be in the v12 Release….but soon thereafter….stay tuned.
  
  HOWEVER, we’re implementing HTML email templates in the v12 release for “Marketing Automation”, and you may be able to cross purpose this for things that look like “letters”.
