Currently the Phone Sheet is for incoming information calls.
Can the Phone Sheet be tied to Prospects so when I call a Prospect who filled out a form from the website, their information is populated into their existing file.
Also when dealing with a family and entering information for each person, can the Program Interested be added for each person. Not all will be in the same program.

Also can the zip code lookup feature be disabled or not required when address information is not available
I see what you mean on the phone sheet….Currently there isn’t a way to ‘populate’ that sheet if the person is already in the system.
That’s a good suggestion….I’ll put that on the board, but also take a look at the “prospect” section.
If you ‘create new’ prospect, you’ll be able to search for any existing person, and add to their existing record. This MIGHT solve what you’re trying to do….

Mainly I like the idea of the Phone Sheet. It helps me to stay on track when speaking with either a Call In or when I call a Webform Prospect.
I know I can still enter the data into an existing Prospect and I have been doing that when I remember.

Got it….and I totally see where you’re coming from.
I think we can make something work.
We’re going to be re-formatting the phone sheet in a few weeks, so I’ll be sure we keep this on the list for that effort.
