  Can a separate Action button with a Group Edit selection be added to allow adding new categories and menu edits instead of through Item selection.

  No, under Items when relating an Item to a Group. If I want to just create Groupings I have to enter through an Item selection. An Action button with Edit Groups so you could just create new Groups.

  Yeah..got it.
  
  We’re going to be converting “all” the list pages to the same structure as the student list. This will address this issue.
  
  It’s on the roadmap.
