      When processing a payment in the Pro Shop, the account on file is by Buyer’s name.

      As Students and Buyers don’t have the same last names, the Buyer’s name is not always remembered and you must exit to see what the Buyer’s name is.

      Frustrating and time consuming!

      Can the account lookup be by student’s name instead!

      When you relate the sale to the student, have the Account on File lookup the Buyer associated with the Student.

      Move the Process Payment to the left under the payment information

      I understand.

      These evolved at different times, and right now, are not connected.

      I think we can get the list for “Buyers” to also include the students associated….(although in some cases, you’ll have multiple “students” per buyer) but I think it’s a valid concern.

      Also I’m not sure how it’s actually working, but when I have a Buyer with multiple family members, there will be multiple selections for that Buyer, each one related to a specific family member. So when I select the Buyer, I don’t know which family member it is connected to. So I don’t know if the purchases are being tracked to the correct family member or not as there is no evident visible connection.
