Prospect to Member Flow

I would like to see in the Prospect’s Profile, sections to “flow” from prospect to member.

So in the prospect’s profile there are sections or the ability to set an appointment, Once they come in move them to a Trial Membership, and then to a New Agreement when they decide to enroll.

All of these features would be included in the Prospect’s Profile window so everything can be done from one place instead of 3 separate places.

For example,

New Prospect comes in from website or manually entered – information is entered into Prospect – Automation messages are sent.

Prospect makes an appointment to come in for a trial – appointment is entered from within Prospect Profile

Prospect shows up for appointment – Trial membership created from within Prospect Profile.

Prospect enrolls – New Agreement can be crested from within Prospect Profile – Prospect moved into Student.

I can’t give you a concrete timeline, but we’re certainly going to be doing that.
