Rank Filtering not working

As a martial arts school that promotes by rank I need to be able to print a roster of the specific program sorted by rank.  I understand that there is a bug in the system and that it is being worked on but now I can not even filter the student list by program to export it so that I can try and to function properly and get around the bug in the system while I wait for the fix.  We need a faster fix.

It is way too time consuming for me to have to delete all the extra “Stuff” that is also being exported into excel. We really need a faster fix.  Are there any other schools experiencing this same problem?

Hey Susan,

We’ve got the team working on a solution for this. (Both of these issues).

Seems that in some cases, where there are multiple styles and programs the rank filter isn’t able to sort the ranks correctly.

This issue has been escalated, and the dev team are working on a solution.

Thanks for your patience…I know how frustrating it is when you’re not able to get the list that you need.

Thank you so much for your patience on this issue.

Turns out, this issue was MUCH more complex than we thought originally. When you add multiple styles to the mix, it got pretty challenging pretty quickly.
