  I’m sure you’ve probably thought of this already, but here goes anyway.
  
  Can you tie Automations to the Ending Soon data from the dashboard so that when a item appears in Ending Soon an Automation can be created with the Delay Sending option prior to the actual renewal date.
  
  This way you don’t have to create a Prior to Date in Automations
