sales/batch report not showing everything

I just ran my first Ubill report and am a bit disappointed. Using the batch report, I only see the batch of tuition sales, but then need to go to proshop sales to see those. Since banks show deposits as one batch, would it be possible for you to show the batches in its entirety on one batch report?

Also, it would be great to have the report show the discounted sales amount (or sub-total) and the sales tax. This makes it much easier for entering it into quickbooks. Thanks!

Hi There!

There is a “better” report I think you may want to look at.

Go to the “Report” section, and Search for “Income Report (BETA)”.

Let me know if that gives you all the data you need…..I think it might!

That is nice, but not what I need. I would need it to then break it down by batch settlements as well since that is how it is reported to my bank. Does this make sense?

So you’re wanting to basically reconcile each batch settlement with your bank deposits….right?

Yes. I have found they aren’t matching up at all. I have a call in to Kathy who is researching 2 deposits into my account that aren’t matching up anywhere on reports. Although, the response time for answers is not good at all. Maybe you can help her and solve this issue too. Thanks!
