  I have modified e-mail files and saved them in both Comm Hub and Automation, but they revert back to their pre-modified state.
  
  For example, I change font sizes (12 pt or larger) and paragraph spacing (single spaced).
  
  They will maintain that state for a day or two, but will revert back to their original state.
  
  For Example, 10 pt font, double spaced paragraphs.
