  In Comm Hub, when I reformat a saved or create an e-mail to be saved, the formatting reverts back to the default 10pt font size and paragraph spacing.
  
  For example, select Send Now – select a Saved e-mail template – change the font size, bold, & italicize – Send. Repeat the sequence and you’ll see that the formatting doesn’t hold. The font size is 10pt, no bolding, no italicizing, text alignment and paragraph spacing doubles.

  We’re in the process of converting the Comm Hub to the new format, so I’ll make sure this is addressed.
