Sending emails to multiple groups

In the old system, we had the option of sending emails to all prospects and all staff AT THE SAME TIME by just clicking the distribution lists. We ***very much*** want this function back for Atlas. It is extremely time-consuming to have to sort out what kinds of students to send it to, or to send an email to more than one category at a time. I’m having to go back into the old system just to send my school emails bc it’s just more efficient.

Thanks for the feature request! (Moving this to the feature request forum)

We already have planned a general “People” list, where you can sort and filter ALL people in one place. This will accomplish what you’re describing. We rolled out the “individual” lists first, so it would be somewhat “simpler” to find who you’re looking for (in these groups) more quickly. (Additionally some really cool “saved search” functionality I think you’re going to like too!!)
