Overall issue: Trying to log a student in attendance but having it show that he is not registered for any classes.
Steps to recreate:
- Click ‘Check In’
- Type in students name and click the class they are checking into (Note: When I did this there was a +30 second lag time)
- While it is processing (ie the hour glass is spinning) click the refresh button
- Once it is refreshed type in the same person’s name
Result: Their name will come up saying that they are not registered for any classes. When you look at the screen shot you will see that they are registered.

KeymasterSir,
I followed your steps in our demo school in order to avoid having to altering your attendance records after testing. After several attempts following your directions, I wasn’t able to replicate this. Perhaps there is a time when I or another of the support team can reach you and open a Join.me session so we can see the behavior first hand.
Have a great rest of your Monday evening!

ParticipantI believe the issue was caused by the lag time on your servers. As I noted the hour glass was spinning for about 30 seconds when I selected the refresh button. So in order to replicate it you would have to somehow cause a lag time of 30 seconds or more. This just may be one of those “one off” situations.

ParticipantSir,
Ah I see. I’m going to review the server logs and see if there was a correlation with the time that you experienced this behavior and any potential server anomalies. Do you have a approx time that this occurred or time frame?
Have a great day!
Sincerely,
Jose Rodriguez

ParticipantI believe it was Saturday September 23 between 10-11:30am. The student name was Nicholas Raymundo. The class would have either been our Leadership class, which starts at 10am or our XMA class which is 11:15am.
