  In the “my day” window, from the dashboard, you should be able to see the full appointment details including student name and contact phone number. Also this info should appear when you click the appointment in the calendar view. I had an appointment tonight that I didn’t know the kids name because I couldn’t find it.

  In fact, we’re working on a MUCH more robust “Agenda” section I think you”’ really like!
  
  It will do what you’re describing and a LOT more.
