On Saturday I signed up a person for a month to month agreement for $25 per month with the first payment to be on 9/15. I logged in today and saw that she was past due, which is what I expected since Saturday was the 16th. I ran her card and it was cleared. However, I looked at the transactions and it showed to charges on her card one on the 16th and one for today. Today’s charge say UBill Loan (see attached). What is happening here and why does her account still say past due showing $0?
Hi sir,
When I looked into the account I saw two transactions. The first was labeled as down payment and taken out on the 16th @2:11pm EST. down payments are setup when you create the agreement and process immediately. The second was labeled as a regular payment and was manually taken out on the 18th @ 9:02am EST.
As far as the her account being past due. I believe when you created the agreement on Saturday the 16th and put her first payment the day before, she inherently became ‘past due’ since the first payment wasn’t applied until Monday. This means, according to the agreement, she was charged a $20 late fee. As far as why the late fee is not displaying I will check for you on that and get back soonest.

The reason why I charged her the $25 on the 18th was because she was showing past due which led me to believe that the initial charge did not go through on the 16th. Plus her past due amount show $0 even now.
This is now resolved with the new update feature.
Thanks!
