We haven’t gotten any leads from our website in over a couple of months which is quite odd for us since in the past that was a main source for us. I am concerned that something may be broken with the code with all the changes in Atlas. Can this be checked? Thank you.
I will go over your site and check the forms in our demo environments to ensure they function and I’ll let you know what my finding are.

Since this is not one of the Atlas websites I was only able to troubleshoot by source code. However, I noticed that the form code had been manipulated. It also seems that perhaps the theme of the site or some code on the site was causing an error during submission. I can’t modify the code on your site, so the team made some modifications on the Atlas side. After some additional testing, I can say that your problem has been resolved.
