Relating to prospects, I checked the timeline of one of the appointments I have for tomorrow and the timeline isn’t showing the reminder being sent out. I have it set to go out at 11am the day before and 9am the day of. I took a screen shot of the timeline to show you. It has tomorrows date on an entry but it’s still not the reminder.
On the same topic, since we have been so slow and haven’t really had any new leads, would that also be the reason that I don’t see any of my automated marketing campaign emails going out to current prospects?
