In many cases we’re not able to provide the art files due to licensing restrictions on some of the art work….But, let me know what type of programs you’re running, and I’ll see what we might have that can fit your specific needs.

Keep in mind, when it comes to the “Marketing” of your program, you want to think like a prospect, and in most cases the “traditional” looking images “Pull” best. (ie are the easiest for the ‘un-indoctrinated’ consumer to understand)

Obviously, there are some exceptions….

Yep, we’re planning a much expanded appointment management system in the near future, including the ability to schedule out holidays, etc….

Currently, you have to plan this when you set up your appointment availability “blocks”.

I’ll make sure we keep this suggestion on the list when we expand this functionality.

In fact, Yes.

It’s already in our development roadmap to include a tab on the person profile to ‘hold’ their payment method, basically a virtual ‘wallet’.

Currently the “agreement” is the centerpiece of the payment strategy…..but we’re going to be expanding that a LOT over the next few months.

I can’t give you a specific estimate of ‘when’ we’ll be ready to roll it out, but its a high priority for us.

Yeah….unfortunately, the software that runs the “Digital Persona” technology is a Microsoft product, and they don’t want to play nice with Apple 🙁 .

Interesting feedback on the iPad……few have a lot of clients that use that for check in.

I’m looking at mine right now, it seems that if I type 3 letters or so, I can see 3 results before the keyboard gets in the way (depending on how many ‘styles’ the student is in.)

Is that what you’re seeing too? (I’m using a iPad Air 2)

I think we could tweak that a bit to be able to see more (at risk of the ‘check in’ buttons being ‘closer’ to each other, perhaps creating more potential for a student to check in the wrong person….)

Let me take a closer look at that and see if there are ways to show more.

 

Anyone else have this issue, or would like to ‘vote’ this one up??

Mike,

You might need to walk me through specifically where you’re describing this.

I will submit though (although I don’t really know if this is your concern or not), having a contact record open in a new tab CAN cause some serious issues. (Again, I’m not sure if this is relevant…..)

If you have 2 different contacts open in 2 different windows, there is a possibility that if you update 1 of the records, but go ‘to’ the other record and do some action, you may get cross data ‘contamination’.

Some variable live in ‘session memory’ and this can sometimes cause ‘bad’ things to happen under some conditions.

Please point me at exactly where you’re seeing the issue, and I’ll see if there is a way to accomplish smoothing it out.

I understand.

These evolved at different times, and right now, are not connected.

I think we can get the list for “Buyers” to also include the students associated….(although in some cases, you’ll have multiple “students” per buyer) but I think it’s a valid concern.

I see what you mean on the phone sheet….Currently there isn’t a way to ‘populate’ that sheet if the person is already in the system.

That’s a good suggestion….I’ll put that on the board, but also take a look at the “prospect” section.

If you ‘create new’ prospect, you’ll be able to search for any existing person, and add to their existing record. This MIGHT solve what you’re trying to do….

In fact, we’re going to be rolling out a “tagging” system, where you can tag people however you like.

Hi Mike!

It looks like this is a “legacy” issue with ONLY the “preview” function.

The “old” email templates render differently…and we’ve not yet updated the Preview engine.

I’ve tested the template above….If you pop that HTML into the “source” section….then Click the “Source” button again…..you can then edit the text, or enter other “objects” using the editor….and send that message to yourself….you’ll see that it renders well in your browser (either desktop or mobile).

Send yourself a test…and I think you’ll see what I mean.

Looks pretty good.

We have a BUNCH of these templates on the way…and we’ll have a new gallery as well.

This is an interesting observation.

I’m going to look at this…I think if we gave you BOTH the Buyer and the Student, you could then choose whom you’d like to communicate with….

I need to look at how this is structured in the database, and I’ll let you know if we can make something like this happen.

We’re going to be converting ALL the “list” pages to the new customizable grid.

In fact, we’re going to be creating a bunch of new ones as well!

You’re thinking the same way we are!
