    Thanks for the suggestion.

    In fact, we’re working on a MUCH more robust “Agenda” section I think you”’ really like!

    It will do what you’re describing and a LOT more.

    Interesting…we’re all thinking alike!

    We’re working on a “Tagging” function for a BUNCH of criteria….especially for the marketing automation system.

    I can’t say when we’ll be ready to release this, but it is “On the Board” and I’ll let you know when we get close.

    In the mean time, give one of my team members a cat at headquarters: 1-800-275-1600, there is likely a way to accomplish what you want.

    It does not give me the option to set up a message the day after they tested to congratulate them or 5 days after they tested to remind them to purchase a new uniform (if they qualify) ect.

     

    I believe it actually does.

    Campaigns -> Belt Testing -> Campaign Type (After Belt Testing)

    We think alike!

    We’re actually going to implement a “drill down” feature, where you can drill into these stats, and get leads by “lead source”, by category etc…., conversions by “staff member”, enrollments by program, enrollments by lead source etc..etc…etc… and a LOT more!!!

    Thanks for the feedback, I’ll make sure this specific criteria is in the list. (Which it is).

    I LOVE this feature!

    Fuzzy search is now searching name, phone and email fields….AWESOME SAUCE!

    Anissa….It’s almost like you’re in my head.

    If you agree to keep it between you and I, I’ll let you in on a secret project 🙂

    These “widgets” are the future. Imagine having a plethora of widgets that you can choose, customize, and re-arrange anywhere you want to on the home page. For example, you want to see all you “Leadership” students EVERY time you log in….so you set up a widget to do that….or perhaps you want to see everyone who’s opened, or clicked on an email that you’ve sent…BAM, you create that widget….maybe you want to see every student who’s birthday is in the next 3 months, who is between a green belt and a brown belt, who is between 7 and 11 years old and who only has 1 stripe on their belt….BAM…create.

    This is a bit of a long range project, but you’ll start seeing these types of “customize and save” searches soon.
