    Based on what trigger?

    The testing date/promotion date?

    If so, that should be baked in…….I don’t think I’m reading your question correctly.

    What do you mean by “add an event after day 0″…..seems like that’s how it works.

    Maybe give Kathy a call at the office??

    Hi Jeremiah!

    Thanks for the feature request! (Moving this to the feature request forum)

    We already have planned a general “People” list, where you can sort and filter ALL people in one place. This will accomplish what you’re describing. We rolled out the “individual” lists first, so it would be somewhat “simpler” to find who you’re looking for (in these groups) more quickly. (Additionally some really cool “saved search” functionality I think you’re going to like too!!)

    We have plans to tweak that form in a good few ways…..including some intelligent field “hiding” etc…..as you’ve described.

    Hey Anissa,

    We’re looking at this.

    I’m actually concerned about this as a “Range” of membership options. For example, what if a school sells a “block” of classes (say, kickboxing or fitness etc…) we’d want a similar set of reports/searches so that you could calculate “whatever you want”, by setting filters, and saving the search.

    We’re going to be adding that type of “global” “create what you want” reporting as we move forward.

    We’re continuing to unify the action menu. There are a couple “back end” constraints when it comes to Erequests as they relate to agreements specifically.

    If a student has more than one agreement, or is in more than 1 program, etc…things start to get hinky pretty quickly.

    However, our intent is to have a more and more unified set of actions (everywhere) as we continue to move forward. You’re totally on the same page.

    If you could, I’d love to hear of “other” actions that you might consider useful (excluding Erequest/agreement related actions) for fodder as we continue to ‘tweak’.

    Anissa,

    This is EXACTLY where we’re going with this.

    Currently, we can trigger “campaigns” off the actions you are seeing in the campaign wizard. (Ie, new prospect, new enrollment etc…)…..

    BUT……what we’re building is the ability for you to create ANY trigger point you want. A specific date, the application of a “Tag”, the beginning or end of another sequence…..and even cooler, trigger when someone opens an email, when someone clicks an email, when someone visits your website etc…etc…etc…

    I’m SUPPPPPEEEEERRRRRR stoked about what we’ll be able to do with this as time goes on. (this is the type of stuff I was doing with Infusionsoft at THOUSANDS of dollars per month…and we’re going to be bringing it to our folks for pennies!!! Totally stoked!)

    I totally agree….in fact we’re working on a way to do all this AUTOMATICALLY. (Including SENDING the mail….heh…)

    This will not be in the v12 Release….but soon thereafter….stay tuned.

    HOWEVER, we’re implementing HTML email templates in the v12 release for “Marketing Automation”, and you may be able to cross purpose this for things that look like “letters”.

    More to come on this!!!

    We’re actually looking at some POWERFUL analytics for email and others.

    This will not make it into the v12 release, but soon thereafter. Stay tuned.

    I’m going to move this to the feature request section, and I’ll let you know when we launch the analytics platform.

    Hey Jeremiah!

    Thanks for the feedback. (The detail here REALLY helps us understand what you’re seeing).

    FIRST: We’re already working on adding more of the functions to the “Action” menu. Your observation is something we’ve been talking about, and have already been working on…so You’re right on the money…..STAY TUNED!!

    SECOND: I may be a little confused on this one.

     If I want to recycle a person or create/upgrade an agreement, I have to go to Students or Prospects first, then use that action box, and not the one in the person’s profile.

    You may have not noticed that you actually can upgrade, recycle (etc) an agreement from the Profile. Although you do have to scroll down the page to get to the “Agreement” section of the Profile.

    Let me know that’s helpful at all.
