Thanks for the feedback. (The detail here REALLY helps us understand what you’re seeing).
FIRST: We’re already working on adding more of the functions to the “Action” menu. Your observation is something we’ve been talking about, and have already been working on…so You’re right on the money…..STAY TUNED!!
SECOND: I may be a little confused on this one.
If I want to recycle a person or create/upgrade an agreement, I have to go to Students or Prospects first, then use that action box, and not the one in the person’s profile.
You may have not noticed that you actually can upgrade, recycle (etc) an agreement from the Profile. Although you do have to scroll down the page to get to the “Agreement” section of the Profile.
We’re trying to keep the “agreement” form simple (ie…easy to do quickly, easy to do on an iPad etc….), but you’re absolutely right, you need to be able to easily add student specific info during the process somewhere.
So we’ve added a “summary” page to the “end” of the agreement creation process.
From there, you can click the student’s name, and add any other info you like.
Take a look, and let me know what you think.

I think it’s a really useful option. We’ll take a good look at this.
