ParticipantI love it! The downloads have individual titles which make it easier to find again in the download folder!
Thank You!

ParticipantOne additional interesting note, if you click on the “message” window scroll bar and drag down, the window will still scroll while you’re outside the window until you reach the bottom of your computer screen!
Thanks!

ParticipantIt is not a bug. It is a feature request.

ParticipantSo the system is not set up to automatically flag students who are ready to test if they meet their time in rank and tips?

ParticipantI would understand if the current agreement is still in effect, however, the agreements in question are already expired. So in essence the renew has kicked in and the old agreement has been done and over with.

ParticipantNo not like that. Here is the scenario: I have a parent with 3 kids enrolled. Two of them are in one program and the third is in another program.
Student ‘A’ is $125/Month
Student ‘B’ is $100/Month
Student ‘C’ is $86.25/MonthIn order to enroll them, I have to either A) Enroll them separately making sure to tag the buyer each time or B) Enroll them under the Buy all at once and just put their totals together.
With option ‘A’ I would be able to put on hold who I needed to, but it is a pain to sign up, make the agreement, have them sign it and then repeat two other times.
With option ‘B’ I can do one agreement, but I would would have to keep in mind which kid is paying what and then reduce his monthly payments according to who is on hold and then remember what they are paying and add it back in when the hold is done.
I am proposing that you combine both options. Put in Buyer information then sign up Student ‘A’, choose his program, and price, then be prompted is there another student? ‘Yes’…sign up Student ‘B’, choose his program and price, then be prompted is there another student? ‘Yes’…sign up Student ‘C’, choose program and price and the be prompted again. ‘No’…we are then sent to the payment information to do all the calculations and collect the payment. When all is said and done you would have one buyer under the buyer section and three students.
You would then put under ‘Actions’ for the student “Place on Hold” when this happens the amount that the student pays would be deducted from the monthly bill and when the hold is up it would be placed back in.
I hope this explains it a bit more.

ParticipantI believe it was Saturday September 23 between 10-11:30am. The student name was Nicholas Raymundo. The class would have either been our Leadership class, which starts at 10am or our XMA class which is 11:15am.

ParticipantYes, this is very confusing. I can understand 2 leads, meaning I had Parents A has one kid and Parents B has 3 kids. However, wouldn’t that just be 4 prospects? After all what if 1 of the 3 kids from parent B did not sign up? I guess I am missing the logic of it all. This is how I would think it would be to give a more accurate account of trial conversions:
- 5 people come in = 5 prospects
- 2 go to trial, 2 go to enrollment. Trial Conversion = 0% (since we no one converted to actual program) Enrollment = 40% (2 out of 5 have enrolled)
- Now 1 person from Trial becomes member, other does not. Trial conversion = 50% 2 on trial/1 enrolled) Enrollment = 60% (3 out of 5 have enrolled)
- 4 people come in, 2 go directly to Trial, 2 go directly to Enrollment. So my numbers should look as follows 1 Prospect, 3 Trials, 5 Enrollments, which means we have 9 people. Trial conversion = 25% (4 on trial/1 enrolled) Enrollment = 56% (5 out of the 9 have enrolled in regular program.)

ParticipantI believe the issue was caused by the lag time on your servers. As I noted the hour glass was spinning for about 30 seconds when I selected the refresh button. So in order to replicate it you would have to somehow cause a lag time of 30 seconds or more. This just may be one of those “one off” situations.

ParticipantThe reason why I charged her the $25 on the 18th was because she was showing past due which led me to believe that the initial charge did not go through on the 16th. Plus her past due amount show $0 even now.
TestUser1001
ParticipantActually this would not be a good solution. If I had two classes where each class had 20 kids, I would have to go through each individual student and see what class they attended. What is needed is a report that lists the class and has a students underneath it.
Example:
6:00-6:45pm Karate Class
-Student A
-Student B
-Student C6:45-7:30pm Taekwondo Class
-Student A
-Student B
-Student CTestUser1001
ParticipantI understand what you are saying, but wouldn’t it make more sense to put in a drop down menu for rank? As a user I would find that more useful than having program as a drop down menu. Since most programs are tied to the style in the first place.
