ParticipantParticipantYes, that is the type of behavior I am expecting when selecting the ‘Add Attendance’. It should also happen if I click to open up a record and click the ‘Profile’ link at the top. As for listing out the steps, I work as a Quality Assurance Analyst for software, so it 2nd nature to list out steps. 🙂

ParticipantIt’s after you’ve entered their new CC account #, you’re asked for their name and address and must know their address to save the updated info.

ParticipantThis is for the instances where you have another family member enroll after an agreement has already been created for the primary family member or where you have two or more people residing in the same household but want to have separate accounts and agreements.
The ability to create a copy eliminates having to re-enter the same address, phone, buyer info, etc. as applicable.

ParticipantProbably Comm Hub as I have not found or used the HTML editor yet
ParticipantNo, under Items when relating an Item to a Group. If I want to just create Groupings I have to enter through an Item selection. An Action button with Edit Groups so you could just create new Groups.

I think providing the ability to also select the fields along with filtering and sorting would help. Also the ability to Save it would help a lot.

It does help a bit.
Interestingly enough I have a couple of students whose fingerprints don’t register. One basically doesn’t have visible fingerprints and we had to check all fingers to see if we could get one to read.
I will try to rescan the thumbprints for some of the children.

ParticipantI agree! I portrait orientation it’s too small, hard to read and select. In landscape orientation the “keyboard” blocks the search results. I’m using a Kindle
ParticipantMainly I like the idea of the Phone Sheet. It helps me to stay on track when speaking with either a Call In or when I call a Webform Prospect.
I know I can still enter the data into an existing Prospect and I have been doing that when I remember.

ParticipantAlso I’m not sure how it’s actually working, but when I have a Buyer with multiple family members, there will be multiple selections for that Buyer, each one related to a specific family member. So when I select the Buyer, I don’t know which family member it is connected to. So I don’t know if the purchases are being tracked to the correct family member or not as there is no evident visible connection.
