Let me do a walk through so you can see what I’m saying.
1. In uBill BETA, I search for a student, click their name to open their record. This will open that student’s information.
2. Now if I made an error and wanted to actually see their Account History and exit the record. I have to r-re-enter that student’s name again to get back to their record.
3. Then I can select “actions” to get to Account History.
4. Once I am finished with Account History and click the Back button on the bottom left, it returns me to the Search window again and I have to re-enter the Student’s name again to get back to their record.
If all I need to do is work with that One student’s record, it becomes tedious, redundant, and time consuming having to re-enter the student’s name again and again.
So what I’m asking is can that search window remain until I cancel, close or search for another student so I can keep working with that same record until I’m done.

ParticipantWhen you relate the sale to the student, have the Account on File lookup the Buyer associated with the Student.
Move the Process Payment to the left under the payment information

When I drop the HTML code into the e-mail and select Preview, the entire message is shifted to the right with only a couple of words displaying with no bottom scroll bar to adjust. I have to reduce the page to 25% in order to see the entire message box and then it’s pretty much unreadable.

ParticipantIt would be really nice if I can see text as a communication, in chronological order. As of know it seems that text history are in random order (or not any order my mind can decipher) It is also not always showing the texts I have sent. I can see their response but not my original text. It doesn’t help that I have to look through the whole text history to be able to find the last text sent (chronological order).
We use the texting function constantly so this problem is a daily struggle.

ParticipantHi, it would be really helpful if in the calendar section I would be able to click an appointment and have their contact information show.
For example if I know I need to follow up with the lady that came in Monday I want to be able to look in calendar, see the past appointment and click the name to get the contact information. Instead of seeing the name and having to write it down on the search bar for the people section to populate her information.

ParticipantAlthough its a great feature and simple to use, I find myself scrolling up and down to input the information given to me. I think most of us will begin by getting the callers name and number before getting child info, if there is a child. I think the children’s information should come after the buyers or even better if I can choose to open or close this field. If the caller doesn’t have children I shouldn’t have to scroll down past child 1, child 2, child 3 before being able to input my buyers info. I also do not get an address from most of my first time callers so it would be great if I can hide this field.
This will help streamline the phone sheet process.

ParticipantIt does not give me the option to set up a message the day after they tested to congratulate them or 5 days after they tested to remind them to purchase a new uniform (if they qualify) ect.

ParticipantWhen searching for agreements I would like to be able to filter by Programs Types. That way we can search for just After School, or Traditional Students, Trials from Groupon, Trials from Gift Cards.. ext.

ParticipantIt would be great if in the “MY DAY” widget there was a choice for “View Tomorrow”. We like to contact our prospects the day before, however we can’t print out a list of tomorrows appointments with all the notes in it without using the “my day” function.

ParticipantThis is SO TRUE! we take the name of the person we are talking to first! and we rarely get an address – have it as an optional field not a required. the scrolling can make this time consuming..make the child field an arrow down or add on if they have one.
