Introduction

We are excited to announce a comprehensive update for ATLAS! This release focuses heavily on workflow efficiency, giving you better tools to manage student data, financial records, and staff permissions. We’ve also squashed several bugs and polished the user interface to make your daily operations smoother.

Desktop Photo Uploads

You can now upload images directly from your PC or capture them using a connected webcam.

 


Social Media WildCard Integration

You can now add your school’s social media links (Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) in the School Setup area. These links can be used as wildcards in your emails, SMS, and automations, ensuring your marketing always directs prospects to your active channels.

 


Waiver Status Tracking

We have improved the People List to help you track liability waivers. You can now filter prospects by their waiver status, making it simple to identify who still needs to sign their forms.

 


Improved Staff Permission Controls

  • Delete Person Profiles/Agreements Permissions: We’ve added a granular permission setting that allows you to explicitly grant or restrict a staff member’s ability to delete student accounts.
  • Bulk Selection: Setting up new staff is faster by automatically checking main filter check all sub-filters
  • Parent/Child Logic: Checking a sub-permission now automatically checks the necessary parent category, preventing configuration errors.




Past Due Widget Enhancements

The Past Due Widget on your dashboard has been upgraded for better visibility:

  • Phone numbers are now displayed next to names for quick follow-up.
  • You can now toggle the view to show members who are 1, 2, 3, or 4+ days past due (previously limited to 5+).
  • ACH payments are now clearly distinguished from Credit Card payments.

Dashboard Auto-Refresh Control for text message chat widget

To ensure you always see the latest incoming texts and data, the Dashboard now includes an auto-refresh timer in the widget. We also clarified the “Reload” dropdown menu to make it easier to customize how often your dashboard updates.

 


Expanded Automation Wildcards

We have unlocked more power for your marketing automation. You can now use a wider range of “Wildcards”—including almost all fields from the Person Record and School Info tab—in both your outgoing messages and internal notifications.

 


Payment Method Details in ProShop

Receipts and transaction lists in the ProShop now display the payment method and the last 4 digits of the card used. This small change will make tracking down specific purchases and payments significantly faster.

 


Appointment Confirmation Page Redesign

When customers click a confirmation link for an appointment, they will now see a professionally designed “Success” page that includes your school logo, contact info, and facility directions, replacing the previous generic confirmation screen.



 


General Enhancements & Fixes

  • Recycle Bin Updates: Enhanced the performance of bulk actions and improved activity tracking for deleted records.

  • Marketing Interface Refinements: Applied visual polish to the Marketing Tools section for a more consistent user experience.

  • Agreement Status Logic: Improved the underlying logic to ensure clearer data accuracy when converting agreement types.

  • Grid & List Display: Made general layout improvements to various system lists and billing grids to enhance readability and navigation.
