We are excited to roll out Build 12.2.29! This release addresses some long-requested quality-of-life improvements. We’ve refined how the system handles searches, added safety checks to your message composer to prevent errors, and closed gaps in your financial reporting.

Release Details

Duplicate Message Protection

Accidentally sending the same message twice happens to the best of us—but not anymore. The Message Composer now features a smart “Safety Check.” If you select a duplicate recipient or action, the system will immediately flag it with a warning, preventing accidental spam and keeping your communications professional.

ProShop Transaction Transparency

We’ve eliminated the blind spot around failed transactions in ProShop. Completed Sales has been updated to Transaction List, giving you full visibility into both successful and failed transactions in one place.

You can now immediately see which gear or membership purchases were attempted but not completed, enabling faster follow-up and improved revenue recovery.

Class Credit “Paper Trail”

Accountability is key. Now, when you manually add “Class Credits” to a student’s profile, the system automatically logs this action in the Activity History. This creates a permanent, auditable paper trail so you always know who adjusted credits and when.

General Enhancements & Fixes

• Enhanced Email Search: The People List search now fully indexes the “new” email address fields, ensuring no contact is missed during a search.

• Sent List Sorting: The “Sent List” view now sorts more intuitively by default, showing you the most relevant communication history first.

• List View Upgrades: Updated the default view for “Upgrades” within Lists for cleaner data visualization.

• Recycle Bin Updates: Enhanced the performance of bulk actions and improved activity tracking for deleted records.

• Marketing Interface Refinements: Applied visual polish to the Marketing Tools section for a more consistent user experience.

• Agreement Status Logic: Improved the underlying logic to ensure clearer data accuracy when converting agreement types.

• Grid & List Display: Made general layout improvements to various system lists and billing grids to enhance readability and navigation.
