Introduction

This upcoming release focuses on clarity, reliability, and smoother user experience across several high-traffic areas in ATLAS — Agreements, People, Messaging, and Reporting.
Many of the updates directly address user feedback and real operational workflows, reducing confusion, improving visibility, and making the overall system more intuitive.

1. Improved Texting Setup URL Handling

Optimized field in Texting Setup now accepts various domain

2. Email Composer Enhancements for Large Group Sends

Performance improvements ensure the Email Composer loads responsively when sending to large groups of contacts.
Loading indicators appear immediately, duplicate-email warnings display consistently, and editor load times are significantly smoother.

3. Agreement List Expansion 

The Agreement List now includes several additional billing and payment details:

– Down Payment
– Last 4 of Payment Method
– Payment Method Expiration
– Remaining Payments
– Remaining Balance
– Next Payment Due Date
– AMS Account Number

This provides a more complete snapshot of each agreement at a glance.

4. Restored Help Toggle on Person Info Tab

The Help toggle on the Person → Info tab now displays helper text consistently, ensuring users have immediate access to contextual guidance.

5. People Search — Stability & UX Improvements

Multiple enhancements create a smoother search experience:

• Search field no longer closes prematurely when clicking outside.

• “More than 10 results” indicator now displays and clears correctly.

• Enter-key behavior and redirect refresh logic improved.

• Search input works reliably even when the PersonList is loaded.

6. Agreement Auto-Save Indicator & Navigation Warning

The system now uses “Auto-Save” (replacing “Auto Draft”) for clearer understanding.
A navigation warning appears if the user attempts to leave the Agreement Form with unsaved changes, confirming that progress was auto-saved and can be resumed.

7. Updated Agreement Resume Popup Language

The resume prompt now uses clearer wording to convey the temporary nature of auto-saved progress, ensuring users understand that the saved state may not persist if not resumed.

8. Enrollment Pipeline Widget Update

The indicator logic (green/yellow/red) has been reviewed and is now customizable for consistent and prefferable way to keep track of theh pipeline.
This update also lays groundwork for future customization options.

9. Performace & Stability Updates

This release includes a few behind-the-scenes adjustments aimed at improving overall responsiveness and system consistency. These updates help support a smoother experience during everyday use, especially in areas that handle heavier activity or complex tasks.
