I have created a trouble ticket and the development team will look into the issue.

ParticipantThere was a deliverability issue with the templates that were built into Atlas.
We are working diligently to get those replaced.
For the time being you can access the MA Biz Academy (link in the upper Atlas navigation). You’ll find some great templates that are optimized for deliverability.

ParticipantI’m glad to hear that you like the reporting ability of the People List.
The reason the box doesn’t go away when you select a birthday month is to allow multiple selections, similar to how the tag filter works.
We have an upcoming build that I feel will address some of your concerns.
As for the others, I will bring them up with the development team and see how we can work them in the pipeline.

ParticipantDoes this occur when you get “timed out” of the check-in? or when you click check-in from Atlas and it opens the new tab?
I have out in-house iPad updated to 11.3.1 and I am not having the same difficulty.

ParticipantOk, there are a few bad emails in there under prospects.
However, the latest one looks to have received the automated emails.
I checked the profile timeline and the Comm Hub sent to verify.
There does seem to be a problem with the Message Center Sent page that I am looking into now.

I’m in the process of updating our in-house iPad to 11.3.1.
I’ll run a test on that see if I can replicate this or find a solution for you.

ParticipantI apologize for the delay.
When creating a new agreement you can use the quick search to bring up a current Buyers personal information.
Let me know if there is specific information that you are looking for that isn’t the Buyers personal information.
